Sal Haider
Systems Engineering and Project Delivery
Systems thinking that holds design, delivery and operations together.
Sal is a Chartered Professional Engineer with more than 23 years of hands-on experience delivering complex infrastructure projects. His work spans across design and construction, engineering leadership, operational readiness and project delivery phases, as well as commercial support and procurement.
He has worked across the full delivery lifecycle, helping teams connect technical decisions with constructability, stakeholder needs and long-term operational outcomes. His experience gives him a clear view of where project interfaces can create risk, delay or lost value.
At Infradigm, Sal leads Project delivery and Commercial support. He brings the firm’s wider systems view into practical action, helping clients find the decisions and interventions that can create the greatest movement across a project.

Jonathan Luey
Director – Systems Engineering and Safety Assurance
Assurance that solves problems, and the relationships to land them.
Jonathan is a highly collaborative systems thinker and engineering leader with more than 20 years of experience.
He has provided hands-on leadership for systems engineering and safety assurance on some of Australia’s largest infrastructure programs - Sydney Metro City, Sydney Metro West, Western-Sydney Airport Terminal, Parramatta Light Rail and the Coffs Harbour Bypass - with significant experience on both the client side and in delivery.
Jonathan works from big-picture vision through to resolving technical issues in detail, and everything in between. He keeps learning in a fast-changing technology environment, and makes sure an engagement with Infradigm achieves outcomes, not just delivers outputs.

Leadership profile
Steve Naumovski
Director – Business and Project Consulting Services
Commercial and business judgment grounded in real project delivery.
Steve is an infrastructure and business leader with experience across engineering management, project consulting, rail operations and board advisory roles. He has built and led professional services teams and has supported major projects from both business and delivery perspectives.
His career combines project leadership with commercial strategy, governance and industry development. He is also an active contributor to Australia’s rail community and has been recognised with lifetime membership of the Permanent Way Institution.
At Infradigm, Steve leads business and project consulting services. He helps clients shape delivery models, governance and commercial decisions that are practical, accountable and aligned with the long-term value of the asset.
